David Goren

David has recently retired after a long career as an attorney. He received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland Law School in 1973 and a Master’s degree in Teaching Clinical Legal Education from the Antioch School of Law in 1978. David has taught Immigration and Nationality Law at several law schools and given numerous community presentations on the rights of aliens in the United States.
David founded this law firm in 1978 and moved the offices to Silver Spring in 1996.
David has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for more than 30 years. He has represented aliens and U.S. citizens in all areas of Immigration and Nationality Law in private practice since 1978. His experience includes representing aliens before the Immigration and Nationality Service and the Immigration Courts in Washington, DC; Arlington, VA; Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; New York, NY; Buffalo, NY; Boston, MA; Detroit, MI; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Oakdale, LA; Harlingen, TX; and Houston, TX. David has corresponded extensively with U.S. Consulates around the world.
