Each client starts with an initial consultation from one of our very skilled and experienced attorneys, who provides a thorough evaluation of the case. The initial consultation is an important step, not only for discussing the specific facts and circumstances involved in your case, but also for building trust. During your appointment, an attorney will review your complete immigration history, answer all of your questions, and recommend the best course of action. It is very helpful to bring any relevant or previous immigration paperwork with you to the consultation for the attorney to review.
We charge a $300 fee for initial consultations, either in person or by phone. This consultation fee will be credited toward the total legal fee should you decide to retain Goren & Barreto to handle your case. Even if you decide not to retain us after the consultation, you will at the very least leave your consultation with a much better understanding of your legal situation and the options available to you. The consultation fee is due at the time of appointment. We accept cash and credit card payments only (no checks).
